After concluding rent negotiations of over 1,200 properties, knowing that the real estate market was in need of options for a good stay, we met Atual Partners. They are a company that offers more than 80 properties for rent, with good location and well-structured to offer comfort and services. That was how we started a new company, Six Stays, part of the group Relocation House and Atual Partners, created to supply a demand and bring a new concept to the renting market, the Corporate Housing, well known in many other countries and not well explored here yet.
