Departure Service
- Give notice to the landlord for lease termination in accordance with lease terms
- Review departure service with the transferee, covering local practices
- Conduct pre move-out inspection in order to check the necessary repairs
- Discuss dilapidations and negotiate with landlord on behalf of the transferee
- Obtaining quotations for repairs to be performed upon approval
- Assistance with final termination payments
- Monitoring repairs agreed in the property
- Arrange disconnection of utilities, phone, cable TV
- Final inspection with landlord for delivery of keys and signature of discharge term
